There is a VS Code command for this.
From the menu select View and then "Command Palette".
In the command palette box, type WPILIB: manage and you should see "WPILIB: Manager Vendor Libraries" appear. Select this.
Select "Install New Libaries (online)".
Enter the URL 'https://maven.ctr-electronics.com/releas...atest.json'
This should make the phoenix 6 APIs available.
